birthday, and so I happily obliged. We bought a female, then thought about breeding from her, so we had the boy castrated. Making enquires to find a suitable stud I was introduced to a lady that brought the first Sphynx into Britain, Mrs Jan Plumb who also owned a Devon Stud boy. When I went to her house I was introduced to her Sphynx and instantly fell in love, thinking then and there I would love to own one. "That was me hooked". After some eighteen months in 1992 I received my first male Sphynx into our home, he was blue and white and we called him Blue Stemonion, Steel to his friends. That was to set me onto the path of being the proud breeder/owner of more than twenty Sphynx. A good example of my breeding is now out on the Cat Association show benches where I steward and I am very proud that my kittens are now in wonderful homes all over England. I like to think that I have helped a few breeders and made a lot of friends, and set them onto their way with this wonderful breed. In April 1998 with a lot of help and support, I started our own Sphynx Cat Club called NASAR being the second club in Britain and pride ourselves on the friendly and supportive way we help Sphynx breeders/owners. It is a caring Club for the Sphynx and Rex breeds. I have also just introduced into my home the splendid Scottish Fold Cats whom I have fallen in love with, and have waited over four years to get. At this point I would like to say a personal thanks to Elaine Richardson one of my special friends for the two wonderful folds that are now gracing our home. I hope to do as well with them as I have achieved with my Sphynx, as well as promoting this wonderful breed, I do hope that you will visit the rest of my site and enjoy what you see. I do have kittens for sale at times so do check the pages to see examples of the wonderful colour patterns that we have achieved today.
